01. Return Policy

A Snuggle Glove product can be returned within 30 days of its purchase date for a full refund. To process the return, the item must be returned with the original tags still attached and in new condition. Sends returns to:

Please include your order number with your return. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days of receipt of the return package. If you have received a product that is defective, please take pictures of the product and product tag and send an email along with your 6-digit order number to support@snuggleglove.com

02. Care Instructions

Machine wash: Put Snuggle Glove into a white pillow case and tie loose end. Machine wash on cold. Air dry. 

Hand wash: Gently wash with a damp washcloth and let air dry.

The source of all Personal Information we have gathered is this website.

Commercial reasons we have collected Personal Information about customers in the last 12 months:

  • Performing services, including selling products, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, providing customer service, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, or providing similar services;
  • Analysis including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance;

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, if you are a California resident and your business relationship with us is primarily for personal, family or household purposes, you may request certain data regarding our disclosure, if any, of information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@pattern.com with "Request for California Privacy information" in the subject line. You may make such a request up to once per calendar year. If applicable, we will provide to you via email a list of the categories of information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the third parties' names and addresses. Please note that not all personal data sharing is covered by Section 1798.83's requirements.
